Transformational Life Coaching

Through 1:1 coaching environments, I invite women to reconnect with themselves through systems of pause, reflection, and creative action. Together we examine existing patterns and get curious about what lights you up in order to cultivate habits and rituals that nourish your whole, beautiful being.

You Deserve to Love and Trust Yourself

Transformational life coaching is about creating the space to become who you have always been at your core: A woman who loves and trusts herself so deeply that she shows up with authenticity and integrity in every element of her life.

Each session focuses on providing you with the tools and support to cultivate a loving and lasting relationship with your whole self.  During our time together we will bring awareness to your current patterns through thought provoking questions and writing prompts, cultivate curiosity around change by exploring different perspectives, and create and implement an individualized plan of action based on your lifestyle and intuition.

Coaching is a collaborative relationship. I'm not here to tell you exactly what to do or to give you all the answers. I'm here to provide you with supportive space,  intuitive reflections and constructive reframes around limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns to help you uncover the answers and solutions that are already alive within you.

If you are concerned about the financial investment in a coaching program, I do have a sliding fee schedule available for those who qualify. We can discuss this further during your free

25-minute connection call.

At Work
"(Jodi) helped me think about things in a different way than I had in the past and made so many of the things that I had been struggling with feel accessible and doable. After each session, she provided homework assignments and resources to help me work through anything that we’d talked about, without any pressure to use anything that didn’t resonate with me. We developed plans that were actionable and realistic for me and were easy to integrate into my everyday life."
